**Cancellation Policy:** We here at Extension Haus understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be advised of the following cancellation policy: - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee. - Cancellations made on the day of service will result in a fee of 30% of the service cost. - Cancellations made prior to the day of service will not incur any charges. - To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We pledge to do our best and provide you with exceptional service, every time. We do not provide a refund on Salon services. If you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received today, please contact us within two days of your appointment. We will make every effort to adjust your hair as needed, but require you to return within two days time to do so. We appreciate your understanding.
